In order to complete the title transfer of my '55 Imperial, I have to have the VIN verified by the Auto Club. They need to see two VIN locations. I found the number on the driver's door post (that was easy). Can anyone help me find a second VIN location? The plate on the firewall above the steering ...

Hi--I was recently given a 1955 Imperial that has been sitting in the Mojave Desert for many years. The engine turns over, and it has spark. I have drained the old oil, however the engine has A LOT of sludge in the pan and in the oil filter housing, so I don't want to start it up quite yet for fear ...
