It was a constant drip when full,I couldn't deal with that, With a brand new tank.

I got a Van's Tank for my '66 and it had a different style filler neck opening . It had an internal "O" ring opposed to the factory rubber seal i was used to. It was a nice tank but it leaked when i filled it. I returned it and had my original welded.

The Headlight glass is from '65. Nice Imp.although.

I was wondering that too. Much of their site needs updating,Been on it since 1998 !

Hi Shane, Sorry, it is too much for me to take on . I have my pair of 66's keeping me busy. I hope someone can get your Dad's project and finish it. Best of luck , Gary....
