1966 Imperials came from the factory with a triple-ring whitewalls. A wider ring was in between two thinner ones. I personally prefer the 1.625" whitewall like those on the green '67 coupe. You will find the Phillips-head screw in the oval opening, as stated above, about two inches behind the chrome portion of the handle. Loosen the screw until you can wiggle the handle fore and aft, and side to side. If you loosen too much, the clamp may fall into the enclosed portion of the armrest. ...
