Nothing makes an Imperial project car look more clapped out than old flat tires, rusty steel wheels and no skirts so after getting a great deal on these tires locally on the marketplace some dignity was regained on this diamond in the rough.

Hi all,
My first post on this forum. I've been on the IML since 1998/01/31, i've still the reply from Tony Lindsey at my first post !!!
At this time my car wasn't completed, my '57 convertible was first driven in 2001 ... Here are 2 pics taken in early 2019. i owned the car since november 1994. I live in south west France.

Phil, I love your 57... that's an amazing looking convertible you have there. I would love to have got a 57 convertible, but I had to settle for the southhampton - I'm not disappointed though, even the hardtop 57 looks amazing. Some very handsome cars!

Thanks ! A pic of the interior (the car was loaded: A/C, right mirror, HighwayHiFi, i retrofited the MirorMatic).
I kept the original color for upholstery (two tone green leather, made by Gary Goers) but the paint of the car is a little different, a pale green (original french color for '60s Citroen: "blanc Carrare" https://www.nuancierds.fr/AC%20144%20Bl ... arrare.htm) rather than "cloud white".

Thanks to all. Please note that it's a driven car, odometer reads 25 000 miles since 18 years.
