Here is my 68 Conv. I inherited from my father. he had 6 conv when he passed. the car is pretty well optioned with auto dimmer, sentential lights, head rest, passenger rear mirror, dual snorkel, power vents, door locks, am/fm with seek and Auto Temp. It came with a really big gas tank standard...

Loving the posts guys those are some fine imperials!

So here is mine second and last pics are before I completed a bare metal respray (someone had done a bad paint job and used cheep clear that didn’t like the Nevada sun and went yellow) now it’s in the sunny 😂😂 UK I treated it, second to last picture is the only pic I have of it almost back together. It is now fully together, our weather hear has not lent itself to a decent photo opportunity yet but I have been out for a few outings in it and loved every second

Agree, that's one of the nicest looking 68's I've seen. I really like the color.

I did indeed, used a satin black which had came out very well and the gold I custom mixed, not 100% accurate to original but I am happy with the result ☺️

I can never get this tech stuff right, so if I posted this in the wrong place, sorry. I think I uploaded a picture of my 66 convertible. It is original and has a true 45,000 miles but due to a nasty divorce and poor eyesight on the part of the prior owner, it has lots of body damage. So, it is currently in the paint shop getting re-sprayed in its original color. I took the opportunity to re-chrome the front and rear bumpers, too. Hoping it will look very sharp when finished.
