I am purchasing a 1956 Imp, the keys have apparently been lost. I am trying to take the locks out and send them out to have keys made.
Between the glove box, door, trunk, and ignition how many keys are needed and which locks are keyed the same? I am thinking that the glove box and trunk are the same, and the ignition and the doors are the same. Is that correct?

Such a simple request, I at least expected a response.

I don't have a 56, but I would assume you are right.

seemed to me that most all were that way back then, not sure.
