Online Imperial ads

Hi everyone.

I'm sure a lot of people here look at the Online Imperial website. Lots of info and pictures on the various years and also classifieds. My question is, does anyone know what's the purpose of posting an ad that has no body, but just has the name of a town, usually foreign, and then the blue link "value" under it? No car, no description, I'm assuming it's some sort of scam I've never clicked the link. Sometimes there are multiple ads exactly the same, but different towns/countries. Any ideas?

Maybe they do that to get clicks from people wondering what its about.
