413 transplant from motor home

I discovered that the engine in my 64' Crown is likely in need of a rebuild, but not sure that it will be financially feasible for me to have it machined at the moment. I found a 413 in an early 70's RV that has low original miles and supposedly runs well. Does anyone have experience transplanting one of these over?

It can be done if you use your original heads, but you will probably be disappointed. The much lower compression will kill the low end power.
