Air Cleaner Decal

I'm not certain if this is the correct forum, but here I go.

Couple years ago I bought a Mylar wrap around decal to put on a 'pie pan' for my Imperial's air cleaner. I didn't do anything with it for a long time and then tried to apply it, but I messed it up and would like to buy another one. I can't recall where I purchased it.

Of course what would be really ideal is to have something like the attached picture, but that's not happening. I found that picture in 1999 and never saved who had them.

Which leaves me with my original question. Anyone know where I can purchase a new decal to put on a 'pie pan'?
