Unfinished? No it was just plain abandoned. He jammed it out and yet there was still the remains of the original rusted exhaust hanging underneath it.

Lookin much better than when you first pulled it out of the garage. Clean, ready for sanding/paint now. Thanks for the pictures on the progress!
