spare tire cover
I am looking for a spare tire cover plate and wing nut for my 1964 convertible
Re: spare tire cover
I don’t have a spare cover but I do have a spare set of the hardware including a wing nut.

Re: spare tire cover
Actually I have the same part you have. You wouldn't happen to have the parts needed to hold down the jack.

It is spring and a blocking wedge that holds down the jack. I have the Jack instructions but have never seen them.

I looked and don’t seem to have any extra springs but here’s what the one in my trunk looks like and here’s a picture of an original wood block which I unfortunately sold to a friend not knowing that it would’ve been correct for my ‘64. It was in the mountain of loose parts and I was under the impression that it was only for the earlier cars. I’ll get the dimensions of that block so that we can cut new ones.

This is out of the 1964-1966 body assembly manual dated 6/7/65 and it’s interesting that the illustration appears to have carried over from the previous generation. Other pic is the label in my vert.

Re: spare tire cover
I found 2 covers for sale on ebay $130 and $150. Sounds expensive but I don't have a lot of options.
