57 Dome light for 4 door southhampton model

About a year ago there was an email going around about the dome light in a 57 Imperial hardtop. The person was trying to track down a replacement. I provided a picture of mine, but was never quite sure if it was accurate because when I search google for 57 Imperial dome light it always shows something different.

So my question is, does anyone else have a 57 hardtop Southhampton model that has this same dome light or did some previous owner replace it?
