Clip On Mirror for Sunvisor with LOGO

One of the things my 1959 Crown came with was a mirror on the sun visor, factory installed yet! It looks about like any other such mirror, except it has the "Forward Look" logo sort of etched in the glass. I would love to capture one of these just to get it as near original as possible. Does anybody have a spare or know of a source?

Search “forward look mirror” on eBay and they will come up from time to time. I believe the 57-59 ones are 5-sided shapes. Starting in 1960 they became rectangular (pics of ‘60 attached).

I have one like that minus the logo, It came on my '66 Coupe.
