I got the kit to replace the broken door hinge and have grinned down the rivet holding it in place on one door. I am convinced it will be impossible to take the rivet out and replace the hinge without taking the door off as per the instructions that came with the kit and as per the club site, as there is not enough place to get a hammer anywhere near the rivet.
Has anyone managed to replace the door stop without taking the door off on a 1964 convertible?
